News from Minneapolis

Minneapolis is the "mother ship" for the international collaborative legal practice community, the place where it all began 17 years ago with Stu Webb's inspiration that lawyers could be problem solvers, not gladiators, if we agreed with our clients that we were signing on solely to help them reach solutions outside the court system. It works. It's spread around the world. And I'm honored to be invited to Minneapolis this week to present a workshop at the annual meeting of the Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota, on realizing the healing potential of collaborative practice.
